Bill Scott Guitar

Bill Scott has been thoroughly involved in with all facets of music for 13 years. Whether he is acting as a guitar player, producer, engineer or writer, Bill has the skills and knows what it takes to make and play great music. He is a graduate of Berklee College of Music, has played in over 15 bands, worked at recording studios in Boston and Los Angeles, has done guitar sessions with well known musicians, produced a record, is currently producing his second, and he is a teacher.

Musically, Bill has many stylistic interests including but not limited to Rock, Jazz, Metal, Country, Blues and Slide Guitar. All his years of performing and recording experience make him a valuable asset to any project. He is skilled with Electric and acoustic guitar and is proficient in the following software and hardware: Digital Performer, Logic, Reason, Sibelius, Finale, MIDI hardware and soft synths, mixers, signal routing, patching, microphones, and microphone placement/technique. From stage to studio Bill is easy to work with and loves what he does for a living.

Some of Bill’s career highlights include; Session work with his friend and talented artist Jack Dill at Drumroll Records featuring notables Steve Ferrone (Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers) and Nathan East (Eric Clapton). Within his first few months in LA he played guitar for Marcus Brown (Madonna). Recently just finished a paid 3 month project playing for an up and coming artist, Yulianna with Dave Schulz on keys (Goo Goo Dolls, Berlin.) Also, performances at the Massachusetts and New Jersey Metal Festivals with his former critically acclaimed band Eviscerate, and winning an award for Outstanding Soloist at the Music Showcase Festival in Williamsburg, Virginia
